What do I need to do?

At TEL3Advantage™ we realize that your time is very valuable, and we want to make using our service as effortless as possible. We have set up some features that will eliminate some of the steps mentioned below, so you can make calls just like you would from your home phone, and still save.

Placing a Call from a Instant Access Phone Number eg. Home, Cell etc. (what's this?)

• Dial Access Number (Toll Free or Local Access)
• Followed by the Phone number you wish to call

Placing a Call from a Non-Instant Access Phone Number eg. Payphone or Hotel phone, etc. (what's this?)

• Dial Access Number (Toll Free or Local Access)
• Dial 10 Digit Account Number
• Dial 4 Digit PIN Number
• Followed by the Phone number you wish to call

• To Place another call without hanging up: Dial ##
• To Place redial a number without hanging up: Dial *#
• If your call does not go through the first time. Do not hang up. Dial ## to disconnect the previous call, and Dial *# to redial the same number using a different carrier. (find out more)
• Every time you place a call, the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call.

If you run out of minutes, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount. Provided that your account is setup on automatic recharge.
