How do I place a
call?
When placing a call using TEL3Advantage
you have to use an Access Number. This number allows you to
access our system and take advantage of our low rates without
having to switch carriers. You have the option of either using
our Toll free Access Number 1800-999-5090 or a Local Access
Number. (To

What do I need to do? At Tel3Advantage
we realize that your time is very valuable, and we want to
make using our service is as effortless as possible. We have
set up some features that will eliminate some of the steps
mentioned below, so you can make calls just like you would
from your home phone, and still save.
TIP: Set
up your Tel3Advantage Access Numbers as Speed
Dial Setting up numbers
as Speed Dial varies from phone to phone. Read your phone
manual to see if this feature is available and how you would
set it up.

Register your Home, Cell and other frequently used phone
numbers as Instant Access Numbers The user can
program up to 10 Instant Access numbers via the web or thru
customer service. These are numbers that the user expects to
make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of
these numbers, you will only have to enter the toll free
access number: 1-800-999-5090 or local access number in your
area, and then the number you wish to call. By registering
these phone numbers, you alleviate the inconvenience of
entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call.
With this feature you can easily access the service from the
convenience of your home, office, mobile phone and
fax.
TIP: Set up numbers frequently called TO
as Speed Dial Numbers You can enter up to 99 speed
dial numbers online or thru customer service, and assign them
2 digit codes. This list can be printed out so that whenever
you want to reach one of these numbers you just dial the toll
free access number, 1-800-999-5090 or local access number if
available in your area and the 2-digit speed dial
number.

Placing a Call from a Non-Instant
Access Phone Number eg. Payphone or Hotel phone, etc. (what’s
this?)

- Dial 10 Digit Account Number
- Dial 4 Digit PIN Number
- Followed by the Phone number you wish
to call

- To Place another call without hanging
up : Dial ##
- To Place redial a number without
hanging up : Dial *#
- If your call does not go through the
first time. Do not hang up. Dial ## to
disconnect the previous call, and Dial *#
to redial the same number using a different carrier.
- Every time you place a call, the system
will read you your account balance and minutes to the
destination you call.
If you run out of minutes, our system will
automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up
amount. |
